After-hours movers:

Zeta Global Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ZETA) rose 7% after announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI to power the conversational intelligence and agentic applications behind Athena by Zeta, its superintelligent agent built for enterprise marketing.

Microchip Technology (NASDAQ: MCHP) rose after it announced that net sales for its third quarter of fiscal 2026, which ended December 31, 2025, reached approximately $1.19 billion. This figure exceeds the company's original guidance range.

Vistra Energy (NYSE: VST) rose 5% after it announced it has executed definitive agreements to acquire Cogentrix Energy, consisting of 10 modern natural gas generation facilities totaling approximately 5,500 MW of capacity. Cogentrix is indirectly owned by funds managed by Quantum Capital Group. Vistra will acquire these assets at a net purchase price of approximately $4.0 billion.

Under Armour (NYSE: UA) (NYSE: UAA) rose 7% after Fairfax Financial disclosed a 22.2% stake.
