After-hours movers:
Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) rose 1.4% after hours Wednesday after quarterly results topped consensus. Kinder Morgan reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.51 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.32 billion.
Knight-Swift Transportation (NYSE: KNX) fell 2% after publishing quarterly results that trailed estimates. Knight Transportation reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.9 billion.
T1 Energy (NYSE: TE) fell 4% after filing a mixed securities shelf, extending earlier declines following a short report.
GameStop (NYSE: GME) rose 3% after Ryan Cohen increased its stake in the company, buying shares for the second day in a row.
