After-Hours Stock Movers:

Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX)

Netflix shares slid 7.5% despite a razor-thin Q2 earnings beat of $0.80 per share on revenue of $12.56 billion. The sell-off was primarily driven by disappointing Q3 guidance, with projected revenue of $12.86 billion and EPS of $0.82 both falling short of Wall Street's expectations. Investors are also highly focused on the company's transition away from reporting regular quarterly membership numbers, adding extra pressure to its near-term guidance.

Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ: ISRG)

Intuitive Surgical tumbled 10% after its updated full-year outlook overshadowed a strong Q2 financial performance. While the surgical robotics pioneer posted a solid earnings beat of $2.80 per share on $2.89 billion in revenue, management projected 2026 da Vinci procedure growth closer to the midpoint of its 13.5% to 15.5% range. Investors are also digesting projected operating expense growth of 11% to 13% and a 1.0% tariff drag on gross profit margins.

Alcoa (NYSE: AA)

Alcoa declined 4% after missing Q2 analyst estimates on both the top and bottom lines. The aluminum producer reported an EPS of $2.12, coming in $0.20 short of expectations, alongside revenue of $3.97 billion. Soft aluminum pricing and lingering global manufacturing headwinds continue to pressure the metal giant's margins.

REGENXBIO Inc. (NASDAQ: RGNX)

REGENXBIO plunged 12% after announcing plans for a $100 million underwritten public offering of its common stock. The biotech company also intends to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of shares, raising near-term dilution concerns for current shareholders. The capital raised is slated to help fund its clinical-stage gene therapy pipeline, though the immediate stock pressure reflects classic capital-raise drag.

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO)

Coca-Cola shares dipped 1% following news of a cybersecurity incident at its subsidiary, fairlife, LLC. The dairy brand identified a ransomware attack that resulted in unauthorized third-party access to a portion of its production-related and administrative systems. While the immediate financial impact appears minor, the market remains highly sensitive to potential disruptions in supply chain operations.
