After-Hours Movers: NKE, FICO, TRU, SYNA, ON

October 1, 2026 4:59 PM EDT

After-Hours Movers:

Nike (NYSE: NKE)

Nike shares fell 3% after hours following a mixed fiscal Q1 report that highlighted ongoing top-line challenges. While adjusted EPS of $0.48 beat Wall Street estimates ($0.44 expected), revenue of $11.21 billion missed consensus ($11.35 billion expected) and declined 5% year-over-year on a currency-neutral basis. Nike Direct sales fell 8%, alongside revenue weakness in Greater China and EMEA, adding pressure on incoming CEO Elliott Hill as he attempts to pivot the brand's product pipeline and revive global demand.

Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FICO) & TransUnion (NYSE: TRU)

FICO stock fell 7% and TransUnion dropped 6% following a report that the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) plans to direct Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to require mortgage lenders to pull credit data from only two major bureaus instead of all three. The regulatory policy shift triggered immediate sell-offs across credit-scoring and credit-bureau providers over concerns of reduced transaction volumes and fee compression in mortgage underwriting workflows.

Synaptics Incorporated (NASDAQ: SYNA) & ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ON)

Synaptics jumped 15% and ON Semiconductor rose 6% after the two chipmakers announced an amendment to their June 25, 2026 merger agreement in response to an unsolicited competing third-party proposal. Under the revised terms, onsemi will acquire Synaptics for $123 per share in cash—representing an aggregate transaction value of approximately $5.7 billion (adjusted down from the prior $7 billion transaction structure). The updated transaction provides all-cash certainty for Synaptics shareholders and is expected to be immediately accretive to onsemi’s non-GAAP EPS.
