After-Hours Movers:

Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT)

Applied Materials shares dipped 4% in a "sell-the-news" reaction despite delivering a solid fiscal Q3 beat-and-raise. The semiconductor equipment leader posted record Q3 revenue of $9.12 billion and EPS of $3.50, while issuing upbeat Q4 revenue guidance of $9.75–$10.75 billion (well above the $9.54 billion Wall Street consensus). Despite AI-driven materials engineering demand driving record performance, high expectations following a recent sector rally prompted short-term profit-taking.

DLocal Limited (NASDAQ: DLO)

DLocal fell 3.5% after narrowly missing second-quarter earnings expectations with an EPS of $0.18 versus the $0.19 consensus. The cross-border payment platform did deliver top-line upside, reporting $399.7 million in revenue (beating the $364.65 million forecast), but persistent foreign exchange headwinds and transaction margin compression in emerging markets continue to weigh on investor sentiment.

Globant (NYSE: GLOB)

Globant plummeted 16% after missing second-quarter earnings targets and slashing its forward outlook. The digital transformation consultancy reported Q2 EPS of $1.40 ($0.10 below expectations) and issued downbeat full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $2.43–$2.46 billion (versus $2.48 billion expected). Macroeconomic uncertainty and slower enterprise spending on non-essential IT consulting continue to create near-term growth hurdles.

York Space Systems, Inc. (NYSE: YSS)

York Space Systems cratered 22% after releasing a disappointing Q2 report and severe guidance reduction. The commercial satellite and defense technology maker reported a Q2 loss of ($0.31) per share on $92.55 million in revenue and sharply lowered its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to $375–$405 million, missing the $557.7 million analyst estimate by a wide margin due to government contract execution delays.

Eton Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: ETON)

Eton Pharmaceuticals skyrocketed 25% following a blowout Q2 report and massive full-year guidance raise. The rare disease pharmaceutical company posted an EPS of $0.43 (beating estimates by $0.28) on $37.6 million in revenue, driven by accelerating adoption of its commercial portfolio. Management also raised its full-year 2026 revenue target to more than $145 million, significantly outstripping the $121 million consensus estimate.
