Aclarion Inc. (NASDAQ: ACON, ACONW) reported quarterly Nociscan scan volumes increased 114% year-over-year in the fourth quarter of 2025, with annual scan volumes growing 69% for the full year.

The healthcare technology company ended 2025 with $12.0 million in cash and no debt, following successful equity financing of over $22.0 million during the year. The company stated its cash resources are sufficient to fund operations into the first half of 2027.

Aclarion added 9 new imaging centers and 22 new physician users in 2025. The company operates 854,371 common shares and 28,000 prefunded warrants outstanding as of December 31, 2025, representing approximately $13.65 per share in cash on a fully diluted basis.

The company launched its CLARITY trial at 7 activated sites in 2025. Aclarion aims to enroll approximately 25% of patients in the trial by the end of the second quarter of 2026, with the first internal readout on interim data anticipated in the third quarter of 2026.

Aclarion secured 4 new patents in 2025, bringing its total to 52 issued patents worldwide covering its core technology. The company published cost-effectiveness analysis showing Nociscan saves $1,712 per patient compared to provocative discography while improving surgical success rates by 10%.

"Despite the early-stage nature of our commercial activities, the growth in scan volume particularly in the UK where we enjoy commercial payer reimbursement, and meaningful capital raises during 2025, reflect both momentum and investor confidence," said CEO Brent Ness.

The company plans to launch version 2.8 of its Nociscan software in the first quarter of 2026 and expand major MRI manufacturer access to grow the available global market size by greater than 30%.
