Aberdeen board member Bernard Wilson resigns from company
Aberdeen International Inc. (TSX: AAB) announced that Bernard Wilson has resigned as a director of the company, according to a statement released by the Toronto-based firm.
The company thanked Wilson for his services and contributions during his tenure on the board. No reason was provided for the resignation, and no replacement director was announced.
Aberdeen International operates as a global resource investment company and merchant bank, focusing on small capitalization companies in the rare metals and renewable energy sectors.
