AMERICAN CENTURY INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO ETF LINEUP

KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- American Century Investments® today announces plans to close and liquidate American Century Quality Preferred ETF (QPFF) and American Century Quality Convertible Securities ETF (QCON).

QPFF and QCON will cease trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange Inc. at the close of the market on September 8, 2025. After this date, shareholders will be unable to dispose of their shares on the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. On or about September 15, 2025, the funds will liquidate and distribute their remaining assets to shareholders who have not yet redeemed or sold their shares. Prior to liquidation, the funds may deviate from their stated investment objectives and strategies in preparation for the final distributions to shareholders.
