AIR Global begins trading on NASDAQ under symbol AIIR

AIR Global commenced trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol "AIIR" following completion of a business combination, according to a company announcement.

The Dubai-based company, which describes itself as a manufacturer of flavored shisha molasses and inhalation technologies, completed its business combination with CAEP on November 7, 2025. The company will ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell on May 21, 2026.

"AIR's entry into the public markets represents a pivotal moment not just for our company, but for the evolution of the shisha and hookah categories as well," said Stuart Brazier, CEO of AIR Global.

The company cited Arthur D. Little research indicating the flavored molasses market is valued at $15-19 billion, with expected growth of 4-6% annually from 2025-2030.

AIR Global announced several expansion initiatives, including plans for a 70,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Romania expected to begin operations by Q1 2027. The facility is projected to produce more than 4,000 tons of flavored shisha molasses annually and support over 150 jobs.

The company acquired rights to NameLess, a German hookah brand, in December 2025 and launched Crown Switch, a rechargeable pod vape system, in Germany. AIR Global also announced a collaboration with rapper Snoop Dogg for a collection of hookah flavors.

Founded in 1999, AIR Global operates in over 90 markets worldwide. Its portfolio includes Al Fakher shisha molasses, Hookah.com e-commerce platform, and OOKA charcoal-free shisha devices.

The business combination details are available in SEC filings dated November 7, 2025, and April 22, 2026, according to the company statement.
