AIBotics partners with ARYA AI Labs for deterministic AI technology
AIBotics Inc. (OTCID: AIBT) announced a strategic partnership with ARYA AI Labs to integrate deterministic world model technology into its robotics and automation solutions. The agreement includes a five-year platform subscription, plans for a 50/50 joint venture, and investor participation rights.
ARYA AI Labs develops what it calls "Paradigm III" artificial intelligence, which uses deterministic world models built from physics-constrained components. The technology produces consistent outputs for identical inputs and is designed to eliminate hallucination, a common issue with probabilistic AI systems.
The partnership grants AIBotics access to ARYA's proprietary platform for integration across robotics, industrial automation, and geospatial intelligence applications. The companies plan to form a joint venture targeting consumer applications that combine ARYA's AI engine with AIBotics' robotics ecosystem.
"We are gaining access to technology that reflects where artificial intelligence is heading," said Ben Kaplan, Chief Executive Officer of AIBotics. The company operates AI-enabled robotics solutions through partnerships across international markets.
ARYA's technology is currently deployed in aerospace, biotechnology, and energy sectors where regulatory requirements make probabilistic AI unsuitable. The platform uses millions of "nano models" with physics constraints to simulate real-world systems.
"Partnering with AIBotics moves Paradigm III from regulated enterprise into consumer scale for the first time," said Seth Dobrin, CEO of ARYA AI Labs.
The joint venture will develop applications for government, enterprise, and consumer markets, including training systems, digital twin environments, and infrastructure platforms. AIBotics plans to deploy the technology in real-world environments to create what it describes as "living digital twins" that continuously learn from operational data.
The partnership creates three revenue streams for ARYA: subscription revenue from AIBotics, profit-sharing from the joint venture, and platform licensing opportunities across the broader AIBotics portfolio.
