ADATA invests additional $10 million in GCL's 4Divinity subsidiary
GCL Global Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: GCL) announced that its publishing subsidiary 4Divinity Pte. Ltd. received an additional $10 million strategic investment from ADATA Technology Co., Ltd., a memory and storage solutions company.
This investment follows ADATA's previous investments of $3 million in December 2025 and $10 million in January 2026, bringing ADATA's total investment in 4Divinity to $23 million.
The funding will support 4Divinity's efforts to secure global game titles, enhance digital distribution infrastructure, and strengthen its position as a game publisher in international markets, according to the press release.
ADATA and 4Divinity plan to explore strategic partnerships that combine ADATA's hardware technology with 4Divinity's game intellectual property portfolio to create new gaming experiences.
"ADATA has been an exceptional strategic partner, and this latest commitment further strengthens our shared vision for 4Divinity's global growth," said Sebastian Toke, Group CEO of GCL. "With ADATA's continued support, we are well positioned to accelerate our publishing strategy, secure high-quality game titles, and expand our international distribution capabilities."
GCL operates as a holding company focused on games and entertainment content, with particular emphasis on the Asian gaming market. The company bridges Asian-developed intellectual property across console and PC platforms to reach global audiences.
4Divinity serves as a digital and retail games publishing company, working to bring game content from international markets to Asia while introducing Asian content globally. The subsidiary operates alongside sister company Epicsoft Asia in partnering with publishers and development studios.
ADATA Technology manufactures DRAM memory and solid state drives, ranking as the world's second-largest manufacturer in these categories according to the company's description in the press release.
