Stifel analyst Nathan Jones raised the price target on Watts Waters (NYSE: WTS) to $219.00 (from $218.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
He said, "We maintain our Hold rating on WTS shares with a $219 target price. Watts reported another beat in 4Q24 with revenue and margins ahead of expectations leading to a 7% EPS beat to our model. 2025 guidance demonstrates the challenging market conditions with organic revenue growth coming in 3% below consensus (1% below Stifel) with acquisitions and product rationalization roughly offsetting. Despite the organic revenue shortfall, upside to margins and M&A led to EPS better than consensus with a midpoint of ~$9.02 vs. $8.91."
