Jefferies analyst Christopher Sighinolfi lowered the price target on Sunoco (NYSE: SUN) to $6.00 (from $7.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "Despite back and forth on IRA revisions from the House, we're holding the line on RUN ahead of anticipated softening on IRA from the Senate. However, the main question will be whether the Senate unwinds the cut-off on resi leases beginning in '26. Assuming the Senate delivers, we see a pathway to extend the ITC runway via a robust safe harbor strategy that we believe RUN is uniquely well-equipped to pull off. Watch for NT updates & expect continued volatility."
