UBS analyst Karl Keirstead raised the price target on ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) to $115.00 (from $100.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "Ahead of ServiceNow’s 2Q26 print on Wed July 22nd, we caught up with several large ServiceNow customers and partners to better assess 2Q26 demand trends and whether the tone around ServiceNow’s AI offerings had improved. Bottom line, demand trends sounded stable in 1Q26, with no material improvement, and hence we foresee only modest upside to the guide, consistent with recent quarters and in our view not enough to re-rate the stock materially higher. We re-affirm our Neutral rating."
