Susquehanna analyst James Friedman raised the price target on Paysafe (NYSE: PSFE) to $16.00 (from $14.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "On many metrics, PSFE delivered its best quarter yet as a public company, with e-commerce increasing 27% Y/Y, iGaming delivering over 50% volume growth (Super Bowl and March Madness), and the company closing 21 iGaming deals. While they didn't flow through the upside, they've clearly baked in conservatism with such a good start to the year. We are raising our price target to $16 based on 5.7x '25 EV/EBITDA, though maintaining our Neutral rating based primarily on business mix. Our callback notes - the substance of which is contained in this note - are available upon request."
