Jefferies Downgrades DuPont Fabros Technology (DFT) to Hold

Jefferies downgraded DuPont Fabros Technology (NYSE: DFT) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $24.00.

The firm comments, "Post the 4Q earnings call, it appears leasing velocity at DFT's assets is slower than our expectations. We believe DFT is now a "wait and see" story as recent channel checks suggest leasing velocity may prove sluggish near-term. We are downgrading to a HOLD rating with a new $24 PT (from $27)"
