UBS analyst Timothy Chiodo raised the price target on Jack Henry (NASDAQ: JKHY) to $195.00 (from $175.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "We are positive on the business and believe Jack Henry's well respected and long tenured management team, best-in-class core offerings (including its flagship bank core SilverLake, bank cores CIF 20/20 & Core Director, and its credit union core Symitar, with a public cloud-native core in development and set to launch in CY 2026), potential for increased share gains within core banking (illustrative potential upside quantified within this report), Banno expanding outside the Jack Henry core client base, progress on the company's SMB strategy (including Tap2Local merchant acquiring and Rapid Transfers), product innovation (Financial Crimes Defender, PayCenter, etc), and consistent top-line execution are supportive of the medium-term opportunity, with Jack Henry shares attractive at any market dislocation or pullback in the stock."
