Jefferies analyst Robert Moskow raised the price target on Fair Isaac (NYSE: FICO) to $2,200.00 (from $2,100.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We believe fears around regulatory uncertainty, the threat of market share loss from VantageScore, and concerns around the runway for further price increases will pass within the next 12-18 months. Our deep dive on these topics, along with our introduction of tools to model these factors, suggests FICO can generate at least a 20-30% adj EPS CAGR over the next 3-5 years. This makes valuation at 34x our calendar 2026 adj EPS estimate attractive. Reiterate Buy."
