Citi analyst Andrew Schmidt raised the price target on Euronet Worldwide (NASDAQ: EEFT) to $115.00 (from $110.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst comments "We update our Euronet model to include 10-K information, Dec-24 quarter results, and modest refinements to growth and margin assumptions (see 4Q details). Higher FY25E top-line growth is primarily driven by stronger EFT segment performance, which can benefit from ATM direct access fee flow-through. We anticipate higher interest expense and a higher tax rate, partially offsetting faster EBITDA growth, resulting in slightly higher FY25E adj. EPS. Our target price of $115 (from $110) primarily reflects higher forward estimates embedded within our cash flow and multiple analyses."
