Oppenheimer analyst Noah Kaye raised the price target on EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) to $120.00 (from $101.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Shares traded up Thursday after ENS beat F1Q26 top-/bottom-line consensus and guided F2Q EPS in line. The company's new strategic growth framework, including an $80M annualized savings program with benefits beginning in F2H, puts renewed emphasis on focus, agility, innovation, and streamlined operations that can support stronger organic growth and margins. The $1B repurchase authorization, a step-change in magnitude, provides substantial capital allocation flexibility and structural support for the shares. Overall book-to-bill trends are positive, with longer-cycle Communications end-markets leading an initial recovery off trough levels. We raise FY26-27 EPS estimates and increase our PT to $120 (from $101)."
