Piper Sandler analyst Billy Fitzsimmons lowered the price target on Amplitude Inc (NASDAQ: AMPL) to $10.00 (from $12.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "ARR Growth Accelerates for Sixth Straight Quarter; AMPL delivered 4Q revenue 2% above the midpoint and guided FY26 revenue to 15% y/y growth, above consensus of 14% and implying a y/y acceleration. We think AMPL's quarter was a continuation of solid upmarket execution, increased product velocity, and product momentum, and remain encouraged by the traction with AI-native customers (25+ customers included in $100K+ ARR cohort + 7-figure contract with frontier AI lab). The lone nitpick was that 4Q operating margin of 4.6% came in a touch below the 5% guidance midpoint. Overall, this was AMPL's sixth consecutive quarter of accelerating ARR growth (impressive given comps have gotten tougher). We are maintaining our OW rating, but trimming our PT to $10 to reflect the broader de-rating across the software space."
