KeyBanc analyst Bradley B. Thomas raised the price target on Aaron's (NYSE: AAN) to $88.00 (from $80.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
Analyst comments: "Recent checks indicate that Lowe’s (LOW) has rolled out Progressive nationally. Recall in September, our checks indicated a notable expansion of stores within LOW’s Progressive pilot, pointing to an increasingly positive relationship between the two companies. We continue to view AAN as a top pick and raise our price target to $88. While we are not adjusting our estimates at this time, a LOW partnership could be a substantial EPS upside driver over a two- to three-year time horizon, we believe."
