Truist Securities analyst Terry Tillman raised the price target on salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) to $300.00 (from $280.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "NNAOV Best in 4 Years; Expanding Set of Growth Accelerants; Maybe SaaSrenAIssance Not SaaSpocalypse; Reit. Buy; We feel that 2Q was an important proof-point qtr for Salesforce w/ the pieces needed to drive sustainable organic growth beginning to come together. NNAOV growth reached its strongest level in 4 years, supporting CRM’s confidence in accelerating organic growth thru 2H. Agentforce continued its momentum w/ ARR reaching ~$1.5B with production customers growing ~70% q/q. Further, we believe the Claudeforce partnership strengthens the AI story positioning CRM as a critical data, context & action layer for 3rd party agents (its GA in Sept). W/ core demand improving & AI monetization scaling, we are incrementally positive on the growth outlook. Reit. Buy; raise PT to $300 from $280."
