B.Riley analyst Naved Khan lowered the price target on YEXT Inc. (NYSE: YEXT) to $7.00 (from $8.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "Yext, Inc.’s 1Q results were modestly below muted Street expectations, and the revised FY25 outlook is mixed, with lower revenue and higher EBITDA. While an elongated sales cycle and a challenging enterprise spending environment remain NT drags, we believe management's commentary indicates that the growing deal pipeline, sales productivity, and easing comps should result in a pickup in ARR growth exiting the year, with the recent restructuring contributing to healthy FCFs. We view the acquisition of Hearsay Systems (pending approval) positively, given the scope for synergies and the expanded market opportunity. We opt to remain on the sidelines, awaiting signs of sustained recovery and maintaining our Neutral rating. Our revised PT goes from $8 to $7."
