Scotiabank analyst Nat Schindler lowered the price target on Wix.com (NASDAQ: WIX) to $90.00 (from $110.00) while maintaining a Sector Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Wix’s organizational realignment reinforces management’s ability to protect FCF, but we view this as a trade-off rather than an outright positive. While cost actions drive ~$20M higher FY26E FCF and ~$150M of run-rate savings, the reduced booking and revenue outlook driven by a more pronounced Partners slowdown raises incremental questions on demand. In our view, this marks a shift from the prior narrative: from investing behind AI-driven hypergrowth to actively resizing the business against a softer top-line trajectory. Lowering PT to $90 from $110, based on ~10x 2027E non-GAAP EPS (vs. prior ~13x), reflecting a lower growth outlook, while maintaining Sector Outperform."
