Williams Financial Group maintains a 'Hold' on Toll Bros. (NYSE: TOL) price target raised to $30.00.
Analyst, David N. Williams, said, "Although we do believe macro housing dynamics and the company’s operational improvements will drive continued profitability, we are cautious as y/y comps into 2013 may make the growth trajectory appear somewhat less attractive next year. In our opinion, shares are currently priced to perfection and even moderate slowing of growth will likely pressure shares. Additionally, lumpiness in the high density category, which we believe led to the outsized delivery growth this quarter, may dampen y/y revenue growth as timing of closings can be somewhat erratic. In addition, pent up demand potential in TOL’s target demographic is likely significantly less than that of the general population and will likely return in the early stages of the turn, with long-term growth momentum slowing...new FY13 EPS estimates of $1.08 and revenue of $2.47 billion. Our new FY 12 estimates go to $0.72 from $0.52 and revenue from $1.75 billion to $1.80 billion."
