Wells Fargo analyst Praneeth Satish raised the price target on Williams Companies (NYSE: WMB) to $70.00 (from $67.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst comments "WMB underperformed post-Q2, likely due to high expectations around new project FIDs. But post-call, we came away more positive & flag four underappreciated tidbits. Raising PT to $70/sh on shift to 2027. We continue to view WMB as a top pick. Sector Leading Growth Deserves Premium Multiple. We continue to project WMB will be able to grow EBITDA at an 11% CAGR over the next three years, well ahead of guidance of 5-7% & Consensus of 8%. We expect WMB to update its long-term EBITDA CAGR forecast at its Feb 2026 analyst day. We anticipate WMB's valuation multiple to expand as growth becomes more visible. Looking at our 2030-31 SOTP and discounting back, we arrive at a $66-77/sh NPV."
