Wells Fargo analyst Terry McEvoy downgraded BOK Financial (NASDAQ: BOKF) from Equal Weight to Underweight with a price target of $135.00 (from $148.00).
The analyst comments: “After upper-quartile YTD performance, we see near-term EPS risk and a stretched valuation, leaving us cautious near term and driving our downgrade to UW. We are ~3% below 3Q26 consensus PPNR on lower NII and trading income (muni bond /government-agency/MBS). Deposit pricing in Texas — roughly 25% of the deposit base — is another area we're monitoring. BOKF's valuation opens the door for acquisition, though recent hires from disrupted deals have worked in its favor.”
