Stifel analyst Shlomo H. Rosenbaum reiterated a Buy rating on Waste Management (NYSE: WM).
The analyst commented, "Significant FCF coming in 2026, but WMHS needs stabilization. We expect a significant increase in FCF and FCF conversion driven by significantly lower Sustainability spending as projects are completed and come online. Investor sentiment around the Stericycle acquisition is poor, to say the least, and if the company could stabilize the ERP implementation, we think investors would be pleasantly surprised (though we are modeling it conservatively)."
