Stifel analyst Jim Duffy lowered the price target on Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE: UAA) to $9.00 (from $10.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "Visibility to fundamentals is poor, but we view EV/S as bottomed out at all-time low levels of 0.5x. F1Q26 results show a mostly inline quarter, while weaker F2Q26 guidance, and commentary for FY26 profit to be half of FY25 discourages the nearterm outlook (including three quarters of $100mn unmitigated tariff influence at current rates). Regionally, EMEA is working, while North America (59% of revenue) continues to underperform. Signs of life in accessories are not yet translating to apparel, as we look for traction in the price-to-value strategy to influence trends. At current levels, the market is discounting UA’s ability to ever return to profitable growth, reflecting overly bearish sentiment in our view. While visibility to revenue stabilization remains difficult, we see brand value and global reach supporting the case for an eventual turnaround. We remain Buy rated, and our $9 TP reflects 0.8x EV/S."
