BofA Securities analyst Brad Sills raised the price target on UiPath Inc. (NYSE: PATH) to $14.00 (from $12.00) while maintaining a Underperform rating.
The analyst comments "We are raising our PO on UiPath to $14 from $12 following better-than-expected results (revenue $411 million versus $392 million estimate). However, we reiterate our Underperform rating, given our view that UiPath’s growth and margin profile is limited by constraints in the RPA category. We believe that the RPA category has become a lower priority for CIOs and business managers in the face of agentic AI. While the company cited traction with the new Maestro agent builder offering in pilot deals, we look for more meaningful contribution to revenue. In the meantime, the company is still operating at an unimpressive rule of 32 (sum of growth and margin). The stock is trading at 3.3x CY26E revenue, or 0.4x adjusted for 9% growth, which is reasonable versus the mid-cap software group, trading at 5.2x, or 0.5x adjusted for 11% growth. However, we struggle to see a meaningful revision to the weaker growth and margin profile."
