KeyBanc downgraded Catalent (NYSE: CTLT) from Overweight to Sector Weight.
Analyst Matt Mishan removes the $39.00 price target citing a "big shift" in investor sentiment over the past year is now reflected in the current valuation. The analyst believes the business can be steady but has heightened concern when it comes to quarterly volatility in FY 2018 as the company comes off strong results in H2 17 which he thinks are unsustainable.
