UBS analyst Sean King upgraded Boston Beer Company (NYSE: SAM) from Sell to Neutral with a price target of $390.00 (from $305.00).

The analyst comments "We now believe that this headwind will ease into F20 with greater internal capacity coming. The extent of vertical integration and outlook for Truly growth will be key determinants of earnings growth for SAM in F20. We included a framework that demonstrates meaningful F20 EPS up/downside under higher/lower rates of Truly growth with higher/lower rates of internalized production. Following our updated topline expectations with more limited margin erosion, we see SAM as fairly valued on F20E EPS."
