UBS reiterates a 'Buy' on Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO), PT increased by $3 to $78.
UBS analyst says, "We are raising our ests for KO to $3.90 in 2011 (from $3.86 prev), and $4.44 in 2012 (from $4.34), due largely to: 1) better-than-expected volume growth in Europe in 2Q, 2) KO’s guidance for greater pricing growth in 2H11 (+3-4%), 3) ongoing higher y/y positive FX impact (guided to positive mid-single digit), and 4) a reaccelerating share buyback program (~$700m/qtr in 3-4Q)."
