UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Hain Celestial (NASDAQ: HAIN), PT increased from $31 to $34.

UBS analyst says, "We are raising our FY11/12E EPS to $1.34 (+30% YOY, cons $1.29) and $1.54 (+15% YOY, cons $1.48) respectively, to reflect strong top line momentum as Hain benefits from 1) the bifurcated consumer recovery, 2) better than expected contribution from acquisitions, and 3) a 5% price increase taking effect in F1Q12."

"The acquisitions of Greek Gods and Sensible Portions turned out to be extremely well timed and the company seems to be executing on its goals of broadening distribution to build sales momentum. During F3Q the businesses (acquired in June/July 2010) contributed 15pp of sales growth, which was 7pp greater than F2Q and implies increasing sales contribution."
