Truist Securities analyst Jailendra Singh reiterated a Hold rating and $32.00 price target on Hims and Hers (NYSE: HIMS).
The analyst comments "Details on GLP-1 Transaction Trends. On a per-day basis, our Truist Card Data indicates GLP-1 billings in September were down 16% M/M (vs August up 1% M/M). On a per-day basis, September GLP-1 transactions were down 11% M/M (vs August down 9% M/ M on a comparable basis). On a transactions-weighted basis, average duration was 1.12 months in September, down from 1.26 months in August. We would note that branded GLP-1 membership counts for the most recent month should be viewed as provisional, as certain transactions cannot be definitively classified as branded GLP-1 related until the subsequent month's card data becomes available, which may include the associated prescription fill and drug cost. As an example, August's reported decline in GLP-1 transactions improved from approximately 9% M/M to 6% M/M following receipt of September Truist Card Data. We expect September's membership figures to similarly improve as October Truist Card Data becomes available. The same dynamic applies to the branded GLP-1 analysis discussed below. For all of 3Q26, on a per-day basis, our Truist Card Data indicated GLP-1 billings were up 22% Q/Q and GLP-1 transactions were up 21% Q/Q. On a transaction-weighted basis, average duration was 1.20 months in 3Q26, down from 1.34 months in 2Q26."
