Oppenheimer analyst Kristen Owen lowered the price target on Trimble Navigation (NASDAQ: TRMB) to $73.00 (from $80.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "TRMB delivered an in-line quarter and 4Q guide, but stronger than anticipated qtr./qtr. organic ARR deceleration and reduced FY26 ARR guidance pressured shares 17.3% Wednesday (vs. IGV +0.88%). Admittedly, the set-up was tough given anticipated ARR deceleration and recent stock improvement. And while we understand the reported-number dynamics (divestitures, migrating Jan. 1/53rd week) and resulting optical challenges, with valuation at GFC levels, it's hard not to argue the stock is oversold. Core AECO fundamentals remain intact (low-teens organic ARR, healthy NRR/bookings, and relative AI defensibility), and we see untapped leverage as TRMB turns AI efforts internally. We're trimming estimates (Jan. 1 comp) and our PT to $73 (from $80), and looking to next week's Dimensions for core company catalysts."
