Scotiabank analyst Maher Yaghi lowered the price target on T-Mobile US, (NASDAQ: TMUS) to $266.00 (from $270.50) while maintaining a Sector Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "T-Mobile has firmly established itself as the industry juggernaut by successfully executing a strategy which is built on the powerful combination of offering an advanced 5G network with strong customer value and experience. This triple-threat differentiation has enabled it to consistently deliver industry-leading growth including a projected 9% Core Adjusted EBITDA CAGR from 2023-2027, which is more than double the growth rate of its peers. With a clear runway for future growth in under-penetrated markets like business and rural areas, a rapidly expanding broadband business, and a disciplined capital allocation plan that includes up to an additional $50 billion in return envelope through 2027, we believe the shares remain attractive and we maintain our SO rating."
