SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Upgrades INC Research Holdings (INCR) to Buy

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey upgraded INC Research Holdings (NASDAQ: INCR) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $67.00 (from $48.00).

The analyst comments that the upgrade reflects the value offered through the combined entity of INCR and inVentiv as the merger addresses several issues that resulted in the previous downgrade. Further, the analyst believes the current market valuation yields "plenty of room" for management to achieve cost and revenue synergies. The analyst expects INCR's business to stabilize following struggles in Q4 2016 and forecasts a return to high single-digit.low double-digit growth in 2018.
