Stifel analyst John Guinee upgraded JBG SMITH Properties (NYSE: JBGS) from Sell to Hold with a price target of $37.00 (from $34.00).
The analyst comments "We are upgrading JBG Smith to Hold from Sell as we would not be surprised: 1) to hear positive Washington DC news for both Apple (AAPL, $220.65) and Amazon (AMZN, $1,789.30), 2) these potential moves, plus the cyber security growth, bodes very well for Northern Virginia, 3) which will increase the value of the extensive 17.9mm SF JBGS land bank, 4) like the excellent development franchise, 5) could see resurgence of the Blue and Yellow Line METRO centric office and multifamily markets."
