Stifel Reiterates Hold Rating on Lululemon (LULU)

Stifel analyst Peter McGoldrick reiterated a Hold rating and $100.00 price target on Lululemon (NASDAQ: LULU)

The analyst comments "Decisive leadership changes show a bias towards action under new CEO Heidi O'Neill, who joined LULU last month. The announced structure restores dedicated product leadership and establishes operating accountability. Recall, LULU had eliminated the Chief Product Officer role in 2024 upon Sun Choe's departure, and the new structure puts product creation under newly hired President & Chief Product Officer Maggie Gauger. On the operational side, new hire Joseph Godsey joins as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing sourcing, production, commercialization, go-to-market, fulfillment, planning and allocations, and sustainability. We view this as a more sensible arrangement; the release foreshadows more changes with ongoing searches for a Chief Brand Officer, Chief Communications Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. The moves are sensible, but do not change our view of structural and secular headwinds impacting growth and profitability outlook; reaffirm Hold."
