Stifel analyst Tore Svanberg reiterated a Buy rating and $1,100.00 price target on Monolithic Power Systems (NASDAQ: MPWR).
The analyst comments "MPWR hosted its 2025 Analyst Day on March 20, 2025 in San Jose, California, with presentations from multiple members of the management team. Management underscored that the verticals discussed during the Analyst Day only represent 50% of the company’s overall business, and that there are several other verticals that could deliver material upside to the company’s growth over time. We came away from the meetings with continued conviction that MPWR remains the best positioned and most innovative power management company in the world. Its overall moat continues to expand, and while most investors position MPWR as a chip company, we believe the company has already sown the seeds of becoming an important sub-system and system vendor with a truly unique approach to innovation that delivers new technologies at lower total system cost (or TCO)."
