Goldman Sachs analyst Eric Sheridan raised the price target on Spotify (NYSE: SPOT) to $775.00 (from $680.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Ahead of its Q2 2025 earnings report, we preview current industry data, address key investor debates & highlight the potential financial implications from forward engagement and monetization opportunities that are ahead for SPOT (Super Premium & Video Podcasts). Against the broader macroeconomic and market backdrop, investors have gained increased confidence in SPOT’s ability to be more defensive relative to some of the consumer discretionary companies in our wider coverage universe. Against the broader macroeconomic and operating environment, we update our forward operating estimates, reiterate our Buy rating and raise our 12-month price target from $680 to $775."
