H.C. Wainwright analyst Yi Chen raised the price target on Sanara MedTech (NASDAQ: SMTI) to $53.00 (from $51.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Yesterday, Sanara MedTech reported its 1Q25 financial results. Net revenue was $23.4M, representing 26% YoY growth and beating our projection of $22.3M. Net loss was $3.5M, or ($0.41) per share, slightly higher than our estimated loss of $2.8M. Of note, revenue for soft tissue repair products was $20.5M, up 28% YoY, driven primarily by increased demand for CellerateRX Surgical Activated Collagen as a result of increased penetration of medical facilities that represent existing accounts as well as expansion into additional medical facilities. Revenue for bone fusion products was $2.9M, up 18% YoY. In our view, Sanara Surgical segment could continue to drive topline growth as the company increases regional sales managers and territories and grows distribution partners. Our projected revenue from the next 12 months (from 2Q25 to 1Q26) yields a price objective of $53. Therefore, we reiterate our Buy rating while raising the 12-month price target to $53 from $51 per share."
