Royal Caribbean (NYSE: RCL) is up more than 6.5% to $14.83 today after reporting Q2 results yesterday this morning and an upgrade from Barclays.

Today, Susquehanna Financial upped RCL's 2010 EPS estimate from $1.48 to to $1.53 and backs its positive rating, following RCL's 2Q earnings yesterday.

Susquehanna said, "While it is not easy to put a sunny face on a $0.60 reduction in full-year 2009 EPS expectations, we think it is important to note that the bulk of that reduction is related to extraordinary items" such as swine flu.

Susquehanna said that positive yield growth next year, along with ongoing cost savings and absence of one-time charges should result in decent earnings growth for Royal Caribbean.
