Rosenblatt analyst Ryan Koontz initiates coverage on LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) with a Buy rating and a price target of $73.00.

The analyst comments "LPSN ranks as a leader in the nascent and emerging market for conversational AI messaging for the contact center and commerce. Having spent the better part of its corporate history being "ahead of its time," it appears consumer behaviors and corporate spending, accelerated by the COVID pandemic, is shifting away from traditional voice to messaging-based contact centers. In recent years, LPSN has successfully pivoted away from webchat to persistent messaging channels. The company has built a strong set of enterprise and global brand customers, achieving 21% CAGR revenue growth over the past 3 years. LPSN primarily monetizes its products through usage based billing."
