Roivant Sciences (ROIV) PT Raised to $25 at Guggenheim

Guggenheim analyst Yastin Suneja raised the price target on Roivant Sciences (NASDAQ: ROIV) to $25.00 (from $21.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

The analyst comments "Key Message: ROIV and IMVT reported 3Q CY25 (2Q FY25) earnings. The most important update was that batoclimab readouts in both registrational trials in TED are now expected in 1H26, from previously 2H25. For ROIV, brepocitinib (JAK1/TYK2 inhibitor) Phase III data in dermatomyositis (DM) have received positive feedback from KOLs. LNP litigation is progressing well with positive outcome on Markman hearing and could potentially generate a sizable upside. ROIV will host an Investor Day in NYC on December 11, 2025. Our models have been updated to reflect current spend rates and pipeline updates. Reiterate BUY and $44 PT for IMVT, BUY and increase PT to $25 from $21 PT for ROIV."
