DA Davidson analyst Chris Dankert lowered the price target on Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) to $490.00 (from $500.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "We are updating our estimates for ROK (NEUTRAL) reflecting solid macro data and continued gradual improvement in end demand. Following the recent retrenchment we are warming to the shares seeing risk-reward shifting more positively (currently trading at ~20.3x our FY27 EBITDA forecast vs. 3-yr avg of 20.5x). We would look to get more constructive should end demand continue to grind higher and support positive divergence vs. consensus expectations and currently anticipated FY27 guidance. We have tweaked our price target to $490 (-$10) reflecting a more modest multiple (22.9x FY27 EBITDA)."
