Jefferies analyst Mark Wiltamuth raised his price target on Rite-Aid (NYSE: RAD) from $5.30 to $7.50 but maintained a Hold rating.
Wiltamuth "Rite Aid reported a stronger than expected 4Q with operating earnings exceeding our estimates by $5.5M (or 3.8%) and clean EPS at $0.10 vs. consensus of $0.04. With guidance for F15 also ahead of current estimates, we expect RAD shares to be up in today's trading."
The firm raised FY 2015 EPS from$0.31 to $0.35 and FY 2016 EPS from$0.38 to $0.43.
