Raymond James Reiterates Outperform Rating on Toro (TTC)

Raymond James analyst Samuel Darkatsh reiterated an Outperform rating and $95.00 price target on Toro (NYSE: TTC)

The analyst comments "Management also continues to believe Toro can grow sales in FY26. With guidance indicating normal backlog levels exiting FY25, some investors have been concerned about a potential air pocket in sales levels in FY26. Setting aside potential variability from macro, management believes (1) the essential (and in some case consumable) nature of golf and underground equipment combined with (2) a recovery in lawn care/homeowner could result in y/y sales growth in FY26 (our current model is +2% y/y total sales; consensus is +3%"
